Integrating engineering and design, Eisenmann has received the prestigious Red Dot Award 2016 for Product Design in the industry, machinery and robotics category…
From the 5,214
products that were entered in the international competition’s 31 categories,
and assessed in terms of innovation, formal quality, functionality, and
ecological compatibility, VarioInspect stands out as a unique contribution in
the special area of plant engineering and a reward for the successful
integration of engineering and design.
As the first LED
light tunnel to be developed by Eisenmann (leading global provider of
industrial solutions and services for surface finishing, material flow
automation, thermal process technology and environmental engineering), VarioInspect
was launched in 2015.
The light tunnel’s
layout creates a pleasant and ergonomic working environment, and reduces noise
levels and echoes. The unique LED lighting is adjustable from warm white to
cool white, and can be tailored to the specific challenge, such as the paint
colour and gloss level of the body.
The lighting makes
highly effective surface quality inspections possible - an essential as OEMs
and consumers regard the slightest blemish in paintwork as unacceptable. Additionally,
each strip of lighting can be individually controlled to maintain the desired
illumination levels.
The vertically
arranged bands of light ensure that defects automatically pass through vertical
bands of reflected light as the component moves through the tunnel, where the
component is subjected to a uniform intensity that does not cast distracting shadows
and allows inspectors to detect the slightest blemish. Furthermore, the LED lights
generate very little heat, ensuring comfortable working conditions and their
low power consumption and long service life minimize operating costs.
The award ceremony followed
by a special, four-week exhibition showcasing the winning products at the Red
Dot Design Museum in Essen, Germany has just concluded.
The advancement of science has permitted the production of cheap bright LED Grow Lights, which emit the wavelength of light similar to chlorophyll absorption limit.
ReplyDeleteVery informative post! There is a lot of information here that can help any business get started with a successful social networking campaign.
ReplyDeleteThanks for your article, We would love to see more.
ReplyDeleteI would like to thank you for the efforts you have made in writing this article. I am hoping the same best work from you in the future as well
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nice blog. It was very useful for me. I'm happy I found this blog. Thank you for sharing with us,I too always learn something new from your post.
ReplyDeleteFirst, since the light is a "waste product" of the reaction, much more energy has to be consumed by the lamp to actually generate that light. This contrasts with LEDs, which generate light directly as a result of an electrical current passing through them. Energy costs over time tend to be dramatically lower with continued usage of LED grow lights.
